meissner oscillator transformer

Hello from Germany!

I have some problems with the simulation of this meissner oscillator (see picture). I don´t know what part is exactly L1 (transformer) in Multisim and how can I manage the the settings (coil 43 : 346).

I hope someone can help.

Hi Sascha,

In Multisim, select Place>>Component, go to the 'Basic' group highlight the 'Transformer' family and place the 'TS_Ideal' on the work area, now double click on it to set up the transformer turn ration. For an ideal transformer, set the coefficient of coupling (K) to 1.  To set the inductor values, you need this equation: 

Lp/Ls= (Np/Ns)^2

In your case, I set the Ls=100H and Lp=1.544H.
