install multisim 13 hangs

Hello folks!

I've downloaded Multisim 13 and Ultiboard Professional Edition. When I select evaluation and start het installment, Multisim isn't installed at all: the load bar hangs and stays at zero. Does anyone have a clue why this is?

Can I ask what are operating system you are using and your computer specs?

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)

RAM Memory: 4 GB

Processor: Intel Core i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz

Fabricator: Dell

Type:XPS 502LX(laptop)

Usually when I try to install Multisim the first time the download bar hangs when the text above the bar says "Publishiing Product Information". Each time after that, the download bar shows no progress at all.

Your specifications match the requirements for NI Multisim, according to the NI website. Have you installed LabVIEW? According to the system requirements, NI LabVIEW 2012 or 2013  is required.
