Hi everybody

I want to know  who can i design floating gate mosfet in multisim? 

or is there any MOS's shematic in multisim that possible with change thier parameters 

and reach the floating gate?if yes which parameters must be change.

Hi,

You can change the SPICE MOS parameters in Multisim but understanding which parameters to change is the challenge. The attached pdf shows what MOS levels Multisim supports.

I am not familiar with modelling floating gate devices to provide you with any help but there are publications that show how you can do it with SPICE.  I quickly scan through the introduction of this book and it may be what you are looking for:
