a mobile phone in multisim?

Hello all,

I want to draw build a mobile phone in multisim, as you know GSM signal is 900 MHz, also if there is apossible way to send sms text with this phone and simulate it in multisim. 

However, I would be grateful if anyone could advice me of any free or trial telecom simulation software.

Your question appears confusing. ''Draw Build''??? what do you mean by this. Are you looking to interface a mobile phone with multisim or are you looking to 'create' a mobile phone in multisim?? if you are looking to simulate, what elements & why?
