When I select a small value capacitor, the value comes as farads

This problem popped up about a year ago, then went away -- like Freddie it's back.  When I select a 22pF capacitor from the parts bin yields a 22 Farad capacitor -- and then I have to change it out, slowing down the process.  Attached is a GIF to show what I mean.

I have not been able to replicate this problem and I don't know what cause this, very strange.
