I had a little problem trying to figure out what the initival value of the Oscilloscope was for this RC Circuit...the reading of the Voltage Generator was -6.133 Volts at time = 1.031 seconds on the first simulation that I did but later simulations the oscilloscope values was higher then (10 V rms) (frequency 1000 Hz) Voltage generation...the later oscilloscope values were -13 volts and higher at time = 1.031 seconds...I guess the simulator when it uses an AC Voltage Source will allow Maximum Voltage to occur becasue (10 · sqrt(2)) = 14.1 volts approximately....here is the circuit...and I messed up the correct values but I will maybe post the final conclusion....
You can found the initial condition to be zero by select Simulate>>Interactive Simulation settings, click the drop down arrow for "Initial Condition", there is an option to set to zero.
