RAM 256x8 simulation

Task is to simulate 256x8 RAM.
I tried something like this:
1.1.png

There was notification - "Placing a wire over a junction is not allowed." What's wrong there?
And what about schematics? Is it looks correct?
Also.. I guess, WE and OE must never both be active at the same time.. so I have to use other switch?
I add my Multisim project file as an attachment. Any suggestions to improve this simulation in the working version?

Hi,

The I/O pins are bi-direction, they are used to write and read data.

Have a look at this link:

https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-36569?prevContainerType=14&prevContainerID=100

There is a 2K8RAM in the TIL Family, this part is easier to use.
