Open Pad Holes Doesn't Work in Gerber Setting in Ultiboard 11.0

Hello there!

I am having the problem in gerber setting to open the pad holes. Ticking "Leave Drill Holes Open" works fine in print option, but "Open Pad Holes" option doens't work at all in the gerber setting. In gerber, drill hole is covered by the traces (Please refer attached image). If there is no trace, the hole is clear. But if there is trace, it overlaps the hole.

Is there any solution to that? I am designing in Ultiboard 11.0. I tried it in both Gerber RS-274D & X. Problem remains the same. There is necessity for open pad holes in my design.

Can anybody help for this problem??
