Does anyone know how to update an OpAmp in Multisim. The selection is pretty weak. I want to use the LT1057 OpAmp, but not available. I've updated Diodes, FETs and such but OpAmps and Optoisolators seem much more challenging. Any direction would be appreciate!
What exactly do you mean by update, I pressume you want to edit the properties that come with the OpAmp and other components in general, but what features or properties exactly would you be interested in changing?
The LT1057 does not look too spectacular to me. If you do not need very precise simulation, probably the models of other JFET input opamps will work. Check the TL08x series.
Many manufacturers provide Spice models for their devices, so you also might check the LT website for downloadable models.
