Need help with serial Eeprom

Hello! I am a Newbie on Multisim. I want to make a Goldwafer Simulation with Multisim 12. The Pic 16F84 run perfect. But i need also a 24C16 serial Eeprom. I have search now about 3 days(didn't find it) Then i tried to make it on my own with Multisim. That works good,but i need the Model Data for 24C16. Like this Sample from Pic 16F84: ################## Modelldatenbericht ################## ============= SPICE-Modell ================= ************************** **Pin order for model** ************************** * Input Section * * 1 - 5 Port A * 6 - 13 Port B * 14 Master Reset * Output Section * * 15 - 19 Port A * 20 - 27 Port B * 28 Osc2 Clock Out *************************** ============= Modellvorlage ================= a%p [%tRA0?%t:r%t;RA0 + %tRA1?%t:r%t;RA1 + %tRA2?%t:r%t;RA2 + %tRA3?%t:r%t;RA3 + %tRA4T0CKI?%t:r%t;RA4T0CKI + %tRB0INT?%t:r%t;RB0INT + %tRB1?%t:r%t;RB1 + %tRB2?%t:r%t;RB2 + %tRB3?%t:r%t;RB3 + %tRB4?%t:r%t;RB4 + %tRB5?%t:r%t;RB5 + %tRB6?%t:r%t;RB6 + %tRB7?%t:r%t;RB7 + %t^MCLR^?%t:d%t;^MCLR^] + [%tRA0?%t:d%t;RA0 + %tRA1?%t:d%t;RA1 + %tRA2?%t:d%t;RA2 + %tRA3?%t:d%t;RA3 + %tRA4T0CKI?%t:d%t;RA4T0CKI + %tRB0INT?%t:d%t;RB0INT + %tRB1?%t:d%t;RB1 + %tRB2?%t:d%t;RB2 + %tRB3?%t:d%t;RB3 + %tRB4?%t:d%t;RB4 + %tRB5?%t:d%t;RB5 + %tRB6?%t:d%t;RB6 + %tRB7?%t:d%t;RB7 + %tOSC2CLKOUT?%t:d%t;OSC2CLKOUT] PIC16F84A_CPU%p .model PIC16F84A_CPU%p d_cpupic (rise_delay = 1.0e-9 fall_delay = 1.0e-9 + cpu_arch_id = "picmid" + cpu_part_id = "microchip_pic16f84" + hex_file = "rom.hex" + input_load = 1.0e-12 + clock_freq = <#3> + rom_words = <#1> + eeprom_bytes = <#2> ) My Question: Can anyvone make me a 24C16(or similar) for Multisim,or tell me how to make it on my own, or tell me where can i get the Modell Data? Please please help me. Greetz Hans Dieter

Sehr geehrter Herr Dieter,

ein SPICE-Modell zu erstellen ist sehr aufwändig.

Eine Idee wäre es einen ähnlichen EPROM aus der Datenbank zu finden (27C128-12L) und umzuprogrammieren bzw. anzupassen.
