Hi Ganesh,
Spice models for parts are developed by the manufacturers. I searched intersil's website but there is no spice model available for this part. This is basically a voltage controlled function generator which you can easily simulate using some of the voltage controlled sources provided in the Multisim Database. Go to the Sources Group and the CONTROLLED_VOLTAGE_SOURCES faimily. You can find voltage controlled sine/square/triangle wave generators.
