Hi, Would anyone please let me know how to modify my MOSFET model to include the junction temperature inside the model? is there any mosfet model with self heating included available in net?
I believe the BSIM model has parameters for self heating. Multisim 10.0 and later include the BSIM 3.3 and 4.5 models. Have a look in the Multisim User Guide (in 10.1 look in Multisim SPICE Reference > Analog Devices > MOSFET for some information on how to specify the parameters.) Documentation for BSIM is on the BSIM website.
