Solved!

Hi,

I´d like to know wich levels of MOSFT modeling are supported in Multisim and if the spice language used is the standard one.

Thanks

Have a nice day!

Hi Morara,

You can find a list of the currently supported models/levels in the Multisim User Guide. You want Chapter 7 Multisim SPICE Reference > Analog Devices > MOSFET.

Unfortunately, there is no standard SPICE language. Multisim's implementation is based on XSPICE with some additions, however, Multisim supports compatibility modes that allows you use tell Multisim that a SPICE model was written for a particular simulator, and to use the syntax for that simulator. This can help use models designed for other simulators. As a general rule, if it is an analog model, it is likely to work unmodified in Multisim. If it is a digital model written for XSPICE, it is likely to work unmodified in Multisim.
