You can use the following models in Multisim that will give you the same functionality.
The LM1496 is not longer available by its semiconductor manufacturer. However, if you need it just for the purpose of simulation and you have the SPICE model for it, instructions on how you can create your own component are in this link.

Please send me link for making this component 1496 on multisim. I was unable to do this even after reading how to introduce the ususer components.

I have created the component and you can save it to your User database by right-clicking and selecting "Save Component to DB".

I am unable to find following components in EWB.
Can I have spice model for these
Can I have equivalent to these IC ( please give No.), that exist in multisim
