Good day to all of you,My circuit design using Multisim suite .NET is refusing to count and the LED does not flash,any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Hi QOBOE,

In your attached circuit the enable and load pins on U2 are connected to ground as well as the switches, these should not be connected directly to ground. Also the negative terminal on the AC source V1 and the negative power supply pin on the 741 U4 (net 19) are not connected to ground - they should be.

Making these changes should allow you to simulate properly. I hope that helps.
