Footprint database does not load in multisim

Multisim 13.0 can no more load the user footprint database created by ultiboard.

This is the most frustrating thing to happen in the last stage of a project.

Ultiboard reads the database but multisim says that the database format is incorrect and all the features corresponding to the user database will not be available.

Is there a solution? Or is moving on to a different and more stable package the only alternative.

We've spent over weeks to place over 300 components in place and here we are.

Do you have multiple versions of Multisim installed? It is possible Multisim is targetting the wrong database. You can check your user database path under the Options menu, in Global Options.
