FET body effect

Hi all,

I need help to simulate the body effect on a FET.

If I use a Virtual FET, such as MOS_4TEN_VIRTUAL, where can I edit the body effect (gmb)?

What is the specific parameter?

Hello Tonitos,

Mutlisim is especially suitable for circuit simulation. You can edit templates with the "Model Maker":

 - Start the "Component Wizard by going to Tools Component Wizard

The equation editor for mathematics as the "body effect" is much lower level.

Also, you can edit a model with SPICE (*. cir) and import it into Multisim.
