Differential pairs auto-routing can not work

Hi, everyone
I meet a problem while I using the functioin of routing differential pairs...
I follow the steps of the following two websites, but it seems doesn't work.

I use this function to route FPGA differential pair, but it only complete one, another can't be auto-routed.
Ultiboard does not indicate any error message, it only indicates this.

What's your Ultiboard version? We'll need to see your file for further troubleshooting. If you cannot attach it here please create a Service Request at ni.com/support and include your Ultiboard file and version info.
