Hi,

The 4023 you selected will operate at 15V, I replaced it with a 5V and your circuit appears to be working now.

Hi, I have problem. Where did you find 4029? I'm new to Multisim. I tried to copy it from your Circut1, but when I tried to use "Save to database" I get "access denied".
