Sorry that it took so long to resolve. I think you raise some valid points regarding the conversion of pad shape names to new pad shape names - this conversion scenario (in Multisim) should not have been allowed (or if allowed should have been detected as to rip up your design).

 

Hopefully this will be helpful to any users converting older designs into the latest versions.
