labview instrument tone extraction

Solved!

Hi,

Does anybody know why is the Tone Extraction icon not working in a Labview Instrument? When trying to use the LV Instrument in Multisim, Multisim is quitting with an unknown error. If I take out the Tone Extraction Icon and run Multisim again without it, it works again...

Thanks,

Hi there,

Where did you download this LabVIEW Instrument? What's your Multisim version (go to Help>>About Multisim)? Operating System?

Hi,

I wrote it:) It should be an instrument with 1 input node.  I wanted to include this Tone Extraction VI, but it seems it does not let me. I was wondering why not?

I have Multisim 13.

Thanks,

Hi,

To be able to run a LabVIEW instrument in Multisim the LabVIEW Run-time Engine (RTE) version of the instrument must be installed on your computer. Is it installed on your computer?

The problem is solved. It is possible to use Extract Tone in a LV Instrument. The problem was something else, not related to the Extract Tone subVI.
