Why can't the Virtual 555 in Multisim 9 generate a 100kHz Astable waveform?

I'm using Multisim 9 to create a astable waveform operating a frequency of 100kHz.  My component values are correct but the output is 1/2 the expected frequency.  If I slow the frequency (changing the components) to 10kHz it works fine.  Any help is appreciated

I tried The Virtual 555 Timer in Multisim 2001 Power Pro at your frequency and it worked fine. This may be something specific to Multisim 9 and probably Nestor or Knoblish would be better to answer if that is the case.
