I have the attached circuit where a switch is used to allow voltage to a zener diode. As you can see, when the switch is open I still get voltage across the zener when I should be getting nothing. The only way to get nothing across the zener is to remove the switch and do not make any connections. I understand the switch is modeled by two resistors, one very high and the other very low, but that does not explain why I am getting the voltage across the zener with the switch open? Any ideas what is going on here. If this is the case, then the switch is essentially useless and I need to keep putting in and taking out a connection, or using the switch and putting an open fault on it. Neither are ideal solutions. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Trying increasing the Roff in the switch resistor to 100G, you can do this by double-clicking the switch.
