When I use 4094 IC. I find the pin1 str can not operate correct. For example, pin1 'str' set to '0', the output O0-O7 should keep no change with pin2 changing. But actually, O0-O7 still change.
Your schematic had STR always grounded so I made a few changes.
However I am getting the same problem you have. I would guess the issue is in the spice model because I only see a few references to STR but they do not appear to designate how that line should operate. Wish I could give you more information but I do not know spice modeling that well.
THANKS nutmegzzz for reply. I think it is a bug in 4094. I encount the same problem with multisim11. The Pin STR can not operate correct also. please see the attached file.
