car wash pause timer

Hi

My car wash system has a problem. The pause timer i.e. when the car moves out of position, The LED display shows "car out of position" and the elapsed time pauses. But on fixing the position the timer desnt start from the pause time. The timer seems to be running in the background and continues to display the elapsed time. Please help me fix this.

P.S. This is not a completed code, hence not all the functionality has been looked at for the car wash CLD question. The pause timer functionality is where i've hit a roadblock. I am open to your feedback and sugestions.

Have you gone through the practice examples?  Those require pause functionality and teach you how to handle it.
