If I fail the CLED part 2 exam which is the practical exam do I need to take the first part again or i can retake part 2 with out the part 1? Thanks

I do not remember the official rules, but you do have a certain amount of time to retry the practical exam before you would need to retake the multiple guess.

 

So the quick answer is no, you do not have to retake part 1.

Once you pass the CLED-1 you are eligible to take the CLED-2. Failing the CLED-2 does not reset the process. However there is a 3-month waiting period between CLED-2 attempts.
