No, you likely did.  I personally know of at least 2 CLAs that recertified using that program.  And looking at the community site again, there is a list of 18 people who recertified using the program.

2 years ago the recert at the CLA Summit was to take and provide feedback for the CLD-R (or similar) exam and you got an automatic CLA recert.
