I've been reading a lot about new languages going graphic and non-text-based. Most recently this. Software languages are finally following LabVIEW's lead into the 21st century. Say what you will about text-based programming but I've believed for a long time all of it is going the way of DOS and vanilla C. Smiley Tongue

Will have to find some time to investigate further. I've used the Wolfram Alpha website before for mathematical information, and it works damned well!

I just received a Raspberry Pi B+ yesterday with Mathmateca and Wolfram Language included.  The whole kit cost $60US.  I'm happy today.
