Getting the sled show-ready for Haydays next week... Rails swapped out, everything cleaned up, new nosepan/bumper after an incident with a tree last April... More big changes for it coming next week Smiley Wink

The guys that run them in sand/grass/pavement/whatever usually replace the heat exchanger on the tunnel with a radiator/fan setup.  Some modifications to the skid to keep the track from melting to the hyfax. 

 

Mine's just going for show.  It'll go from the trailer to the front of the tent, and several thousand people are going to put their grubby little paws all over it. Smiley Very Happy

 

Taking a tour of a ski mfgr wednesday, my new skis will get shot there, taken off the line, then installed in the trailer.

I've got a Megger that will take care of the 'grubby little paws'.

Graphics turned out awesome, what's done so far.

Quite the puzzle with the 250-some pieces on the Axys.

 

Ski handles and sponsor logos on the side of the tunnel and bottom of the gas tank will be orange.
