I just got this little eight week old guy yesterday but he doesn't have a name yet. Whoever suggests one that gets the most kudos has a chance of that being his name. I do reserve the right of veto and might name him something not even suggested here.
It doesn't have to be LabVIEW related and probably shouldn't be. Maybe it could be if it is just right. Hmm.. Loop... Loopy? Case.. Casy? Naw. I work with a guy named Austin so that would be weird.
I always thought that Tony would make a cute weiner dog name but due to the dark clouds of political scandal hanging over our nation that is obviously ruled out. My mom says I should name him Tank.
Let the suggestions begin. Who will be first?

Reg (ister, of the shift variety, as opposed to Reg-inald of the Jeeves variety)?
I also quite like Bundle as a name.
But perhaps Variant would be best, then you can decide to change it later on!

"Snippet" could be cool

Cute dog.
I agree, something labviewy might not be a good idea. Who's heard of a dog called "Stacked Sequence Structure"?
I'll get back to you with some name suggestions.

Does any of his personality show through yet? That's usually the best way to name a pet. Something that complements their mannerism.
Instead of Tony how about Toby?
