LV8.6 won't build when code contains boolean constant wired to a case structure.

Entering a description for a diagram constant via the properties dialog does not stick (LabVIEW 8.6 only, works fine in LabVIEW 8.5.1).

I've confirmed the issue discussed in the LAVA thread was previously reported to R&D (CAR # 113018) and subsequently fixed in 8.6.
