Setting a VI to "locked(no password)" does not "stick". (LabVIEW 8.6 only)

 

Next time the VI is opened, it is no longer locked.

Bug where a saved back VI from 8.6 to 8.5.1 is not recognised in VBAI as valid VI. A native 8.5.1 VI is.
