Compiler gets confused with U32 waveform. Changes it to DBL for no reason.

U32 Waveform changes to DBL under some conditions, creating coercion dots all over the place.

"Mark Existing Items" in Project Properties does not handle VIs with a newer LabVIEW version

If a project contains VIs from a newer version of LabVIEW, then the "Mark Existing Items" button in the project properties will not open its window.
