Yes..  A friend of mine has or had a KTM and had to do the same thing 2 years ago.

I remember his description of replacing the piston.  If I recall, those engines run hot.

It's a race motor, so yeah... they tend to run hot and oh do they love getting attention.  30-hour valve adjustments... really? Smiley Indifferent

Then I went and put oversize valves in there... like that helps any Smiley Tongue

Moto's ready to go this weekend.  Route's laid out, pushed to GPS, maps printed... just gotta pack and get my gear together.

Yes, those are good.

You'll have to try the other "flavors" from that same microbrewry.

I think "Maudite" has 8%..

La Fin Du Monde has 9%

But "Unibroue 17" has 10%.  A few of those will get you relaxed in no time.

Speaking of relaxing...

My wife and I had a sinking feeling when we discovered our hops vine was being wroked-over by some catapillar types. My wife wanted to get all Rambo on them but we let them go. Couple of days later the little critters were gone and the hops was hopping again. We may just get a a chance to relax with some brew from the home of the whiskey rebellion after all.

Tough to go Rambo on catepillars, hard targets to hit with a bow and arrow!

Forest Service may blow up frozen cows in cabin

It may take explosives to dislodge a group of cows that wandered into an old ranger cabin high in the Rocky Mountains, then died and froze solid when they couldn't get out.
....
"Obviously, time is of the essence because we don't want them defrosting," Segin said.

For those not familiar with the term.

"La Fin Du Monde"  is the art of soldering ones ripped pants while appearing busy hanging out at the computer.  Or so I suspect.

Possibly, I have misinterpreted cause and effect
