Half Broken Wire

Today while i was programming i came across a very funny bug. the wire connecting two nodes was half brken and half ok

 

Does it mean data is getting corrupted in betweenSmiley Wink

see attached VI

right click and clean up wire and everything will be ok

Hi Tushar,

it's not a bug. There is one normal wire and a broken rest. If you delete the broken rest, then your vi is ok.

I don't know if I want to call it a funny bug or a disturbing bug but back in about LV 6.0 there was a bug that involved shift registers and affected AE code constructs. It manifest itself as a wire coming from nowhere, not bieing broken and the VI would run!

 

The data flow side of  me was doing one of those Star Trek (original series) Norman (Smart android on Mudd's Planet)
