Wrong timebase of CAN when synchronizing with DAQmx (PXI)

Hello,

I started synchronizing my device CAN (PXI-8464) with my Analog Acquisition (PXI-6259) using the example CAN Waveform Input and DAQmx Input.vi

Before starting my device I had to configure the PXI-Trigger, RTSI0 and RTSI7, in the MAX of chassis 1 and 2 to "Outward from the Middle" as the CAN device is in slot 6 and the PXI-6259 is in Slot 7.

However starting the vi shows that the timebase of the CAN seems to slow down. The acquired CAN data seems to get even more retarded the longer the VI works. Furthermore the CAN timebase is the same as the Windows-Timebase (?).

The analog Acquisition is obviously ok.

See pics and VI for mor information.
