Read Signal Encoding from LDF file using XNET

Does this limitation also extend to other XNet protocols?  I have a CAN DBC with a defined value table, where 0 might mean "Ready" and 1 might mean "Not Ready" and showing this text on the UI would be nice, and I'd like to get this information from the DBC, instead of hard coding it.  If this is true I don't know how this feature was overlooked by NI for so long.

I do not believe the limitation applies to *.DBC files as we have the XNET Database Get DBC Attribute.vi that appears to provide this functionality.

Yup you are correct this limitation isn't there for DBCs, still kudo'd the idea.
