Can anybode help to understand how to encode a NMEA2000 message (CAN)?

I think that the NMEA2000 is based on J1939

Yes, it is based on J1939.  That means it is using 29 bit extended CAN identifiers, and running at 250k baud.  If you want to decode what those CAN ID's mean, you should probably look at the NMEA 2000 specifications.  They are available for purchase at www.nmea.org
