How to install CAN-Card

Hello,
I have problems installing a NI-CAN-Card. Other Cards like NI6527 are working without problems.
What i did is:
Installation of NI-CAN 2.0 then shutdown and installation of the Can-Hardware. After a reboot the card was found as "PCI Simple Communication Controller". I tried 3 different slots always with a complete deinstallation of the Can-SW.

Now i found on ni.com a update for the CAN-Driver. I donloaded the version 2.13 and unzipped the exe-file. But when i run setup.exe i get this error-message after about 50%:

What am i doing wrong?
- What can i do to revognise the card with version 2.0
- Or, how can i install version 2.13?

Hello Panastra,

do you have a Series 2 NI-CAN card? The new cards are not supported by NI-CAN 2.0, you would need NI-CAN 2.1 or higher.

The problem with the installer error might be a result from a broken or failed download. Does it help, if you download the file again?

Ok, the problem is solved.
I uninstalled broken DAQ 6.93-version, then reinstalled it and then i downloaded the current CAN-version 2.13 and installed it.
Now everything works fine.
