CAN card returns an error of -1074388707

I am using a PCI-CAN/2 series 2 card and it passes the self-test, but gives an error when my application runs. The application had worked recently, but now I get this error.

This error code means that the Network Interface configuration is missing.

To avoid this you should open a Network Interface Object before opening the CAN-Objects and when finishing you should close it.

dodek/Juergen is right about that error code. It seems like that NI-CAN 1.x did 'tolerate' a missing Network Interface configuration, but NI-CAN 2.x doesn't.
If you just upgraded to 2.x , that might be the reason why your application didn't show that problem so far.
