Plotting 3D data possible?

I was looking for a way to plot measurement points in dependence of the x- and y-position on a sample as a "2D" graph with a color coded representation for the measurement values. I thought I would be able to do this with the histogram graph, but I can't seem to find how. Can I realize this with the histogram or another way in Labview?

Have you tried the Intensity Graph/Chart or 3D Graph (Surface, Mesh....). Both fit's in my eyes very well for what you are describing.
