As per the specs of the myDAQ there seem to be 2 op amps amplifying the audio-in signal. Does anyone know what the gain is?

Hi there, that will be a little hard to tell because the gain is determine by the input signal and the external circuitry connected to the op amps. Let me give you a hint in case you want to investigate further, Look at the Figure 2. NI myDAQ Hardware Block Diagram at the NI myDAQ User Guide and Specification. You will find that the gain is handle by the TLE2082. The datasheet can provide more information about the specific behavior of the component. I hope this helps
