I have created a program consisting of a main VI and sub VIs which I need the myrio to run from outside the labview environment in a stand-alone fashion every time the myrio boots up.

and build a standalone real time application to be deployed from outside the labview development environment. I have then used NI MAX to install it on the myrio.
The first time the myrio reboots the VI starts automatically and runs perfectly, I then use the on board button programmed to stop the VI, no problems at all. However from this point on when I do either a hard reset of the myrio or reset it through NI MAX it no longer runs my VIs at boot.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
