i am trying to communicate delta plc 14ss2 with labview but an error is coming about serial communication

the error says that resourse is valid but visa currently cannot access it,i have also tried opc but when i click on add device it does not show delta plc

the error codes are  VISA(HEX 0XBFFF0072)
