It is best you ask this in another forum as this is the Academic hardware products forum.Since you are referring to NI 9219, I am assuming you have a Compact DAQ chassis already. If you are going to measure from load cell you can use NI 9219 or NI 9237. NI 9237 can connect to either half bridge or full bridge sensor. So, you will need to check the load cell specification, which typically are full bridge sensor.
For pressure sensor, this will depend on the signal conditioning required for the pressure sensor. So, you will need to provide the specification of the pressure sensor before I can suggest any module. Typically some pressure sensor will require ICP type of signal conditioning, and for that you can use the NI-9234. Some pressure sensor will also come equipped with the transmitter( which is a signal conditioning module) and the output is either voltage (typically 0-10V) or current (4-20mA). For this type of pressure sensor, you can use NI 9201 for voltage measurement or NI 9203 for current measurement.
