myDaq no power out

I have just purchased a myDaq. It seems to be functioning. For example, I can use the DMM to measure voltages. However, I have securely attached the terminal connector but have no voltage output on any pin.

 

Am I missing something simple?

Is there no voltage across the 5V supply and digital ground (pins next to each other at the top of the device)?

Happily - problem solved.  The connector strip was at fault.  Now getting proper voltages accross all pins.
