implement ping))) sensor on the myRIO

I'm trying to implement the PING))) sensor with the myRIO in labview. 

 

In the robotics toolkit there are vi:s for implementing the PING))) sensor. The problem is I don't understand how these work.

 

First of all, I find these under robotics->Sense/Act->I/O with sim->Sonar->Parallax PING))). It is also possible to find the read PING))) under the starter kit menu. However, both these require an initialisation. And I don't know how to implement these and I can't find any help on the initialisation either. 

 

Has anyone done this? How do I do it? 

 

If it is not possible to implement it this way, how can I implement it manually? I found one solution online - however I couldn't open that properly which made it hard to understand.

Which online solution did you find?

Why are you not able to open it succesfully?
Which messages do you get?
