how to calibrate elvis

I took over a lab with 8 ELVIS stations, running NI ELVIS 1.0.  One of the machines reads values incorrectly on the Digital Multimeter, specifically inductance.  I've changed out the ELVIS unit, the cable, and the DAQ board with another machine (the others all read correctly), but the error persists.  What do you suppose is wrong?  Thanks for any help,

Bill

Well, I removed and reinstalled the ELVIS software--that didn't make a difference.  Does anyone know how to calibrate this device or otherwise make it work properly?

Hi, the NI ELVIS Traditional 2.0 or later software includes a calibration utility that you can use, check chapter 4 from the user manual for more information regarding the calibration procedure. Calibrate both the DAQ card and NI-ELVIS and try again.
