can i enter digital input to the ni elvis 2?

Hi,

Please be more explicetely on "it didn't work", does it mean you get an error, or you get random values, or you get only zeros? What do you mean by it doesn't work.

Normally, what you need is a Digital I/O that is hardware timed, that means you have a clock that will decide when to acquire one sample of your data, by sample I mean "0" or "1" logic.

Also, do you maybe have Elvis II + ? This platform should come with a 100MS/s Oscilloscope, please connect the digital I/O there and see what signal you see. This can be a debugging step to understand what type of signal we expect.

Also, what is the rate of the digital signal given by sensor?

Best regards,

I.R.
