Vernier barometer and ni elvis ii+ prototype board

Hello guys,

I have connected Vernier Barometer BAR-BTA through vernier analog prototype board connector to ni elvis ii+. Problem is i can't find formula how to convert voltage to psi, bar or any other pressure measurement. So questions is it possible at all ? Like voltage to temperature. And what about barometer's voltage range ?

You need to start with a known measurment to calibrate your reading. This is the same with a thermocouple. The formula you would use is unique to the specifications of your device. If you can take several known pressure measurements and compare to the voltage output this will give you a character curve that you can use to find the appropiate formula. Hope this helps.
